Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all tour packages, visa services, passport assistance and corporate travel bookings made with Shalom Tours & Travels. Specific supplier terms may apply and will be communicated at booking.
Standard package cancellation (leisure tours)

Non-refundable components
- Visa fees, embassy charges and government levies once submitted
- Flight tickets on non-refundable or promotional fares
- Hotel deposits and special-event bookings as per supplier policy
- Travel insurance premiums
Visa & passport services
Visa and passport service fees are non-refundable once documentation is submitted to the relevant authority. Rejection by an embassy does not entitle a refund of government or processing fees.
Corporate & MICE bookings
Corporate event and MICE cancellations follow the contract agreed at proposal stage. Group air and hotel blocks may attract 100% penalty closer to the event date.
Force majeure
In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest or government travel bans, refunds depend on supplier policies. Shalom Tours will advocate on your behalf but cannot guarantee recovery beyond supplier credits or refunds received.
How to cancel
Send a written cancellation request to info@shalomtoursandtravels.com with your booking reference. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 14–21 working days to the original payment method.
