Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of shalomtoursandtravels.com and all bookings made with Shalom Tours & Travels, a TAAI-member travel agency registered in New Delhi, India.
Bookings & quotations
- All quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to availability and currency/flight fare changes.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and written confirmation from Shalom Tours.
- Prices are per person twin sharing unless noted. Single occupancy, peak-season surcharges and optional upgrades are quoted separately.
Payments
- Advance payment is required to confirm reservations with airlines, hotels and suppliers.
- Balance payment due dates will be specified in your booking voucher. Late payment may result in cancellation by suppliers without refund.
- GST-compliant invoices are issued for all bookings as per applicable Indian tax law.
Passports, visas & travel documents
Travellers are responsible for valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), visas, vaccinations and other entry requirements. Shalom Tours assists with visa applications but final approval rests with respective embassies/consulates.
Liability
Shalom Tours acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators and other suppliers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, loss or damage caused by suppliers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Website use
Content on this website is for general information. Package inclusions and itineraries may be updated. The confirmed booking voucher supersedes website content.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
